What causes heat intolerance and extreme cold tolerance(help)?

I never notice when I'm cold, I can't seem to feel it very well. I've had times where I touch my friend and he yelps because my "hand is like an icecube!", but I never noticed it before he said something. I've had a huge issue with sweating and overheating. If it's above 75 degrees I start to drip. I'm almost always overheated, because room temperature feels very hot to me. My room temperature is 50-60. My cold tolerance is almost freakish, sometimes in the winter I'll be too warm and I'll go outside, I've sat outside for 20 minutes at 25 degrees with a t shirt and I'll still be overheated. It's extremely uncomfortable, and I'm getting frustrated with it, (I'm not an angry person, I'm quite calm. But when I'm already too warm, and another person will complain that it's chilly, I've started to have trouble not telling them to "Put on a f***ing jacket".) My doctors don't really listen to me about it, and they don't know what it is. It's more than "some people just run warm".. It's a real problem. I've heard stimulants can cause sweating and overheating, and I used to take Concerta for ADHD inattentive type, but I've stopped taking it and I still feel very warm constantly. I'm starting to go a little nuts about this(I don't need more crazy, I already have bipolar 1 and a variety of severe anxiety disorders). So are there medications for something for this? What is wrong with me? Is it neurological?

Thank you, please help

I have under active thyroid hypothyroidism, it sounds close to that hyperthyroid sounds like, the opposite. I am sensitive to cold and heat makes me dizzy when heater or temperature is sky high.
