Just went to the doctor. Have gallbladder problems and internal bleeding somewhere but not from my gallbladder. Doctor said my back pain I've had for over 3 years can be a sign of heart problems. Seems to think my heart is leaking blood somewhere. He told me I've lost a quart of blood and wanted to put me in the hospital for a blood transfusionExchange transfusion Exchange transfusion - series Transfusion reaction but I refused. Taking iron pills to try to get blood level back up. Blood level is at 6 and that is very low almost unheard of.What kind of diseases make your heart bleed?
Where is your back pain located at? i.e. lower or midback? Midback pain can come from the heart, but also from the gallbladder and the stomach. That is why doctors want to check out the heart if the patient complains of "midback pain" to rule out a heart condition.
Good luck, and let us know how you are.
