What does this sound like to you?

Two days ago we took our son in for his regular checkup to find out he's underweight. He's almost 6 months old and weighs 13.4 lbs. He hasn't gained hardly anything since he was 3 months old. So the dr. runs blood test to find out his WBC is at 16.6. So instead of coming back in a month like he said early in the appointment he wants us back in a week and a half. And to add to all this he cries and screams all the time. He vomits up almost everything he eats (Which is everything from formula, cereal, to baby food). He's pale and always looks flushed. These last 2 weeks he's been running a slight fever which breaks out in sweats. Also he has 3 pin sized bruises (petechiae) on his side by his rib cage. We're going to go back to the dr. but im looking for others opinions. Thank  you and i hope to hear from someone soon.

all 3 of mine had reflux its like the worst heart burn ever so they cry and cant lay down they throw everything up and because of this dont gain weight easily. medications can help this before it gets to bad. my 2nd child had breathing problems from it and my third had seizures. all very scary when its just your tiny baby. the blue spots need looking at straight away this is sometimes a sign of meningitis. dont panic. its most likely not but pls just check.

I don't know how everything works in your country but I would see a specialist baby dietician who can sort out what he needs to eat to thrive. You go through your Doctor who can send you to one.
