What is the cause of me hacking up greenish mucus for the past four years?

Hello, I am 26 years, 5"1 and 124 lbs. I have been waking up every morning for the four-five years hacking up a greenish mucus. For the record, it is a booger texture and comes along with a snot-like appearance after. I have extreme nasal congestion. Sneezing from time to time but not always and an apparent wet cough but only in the morning. Sometimes, hacking up without a cough. I constantly feel like there is something in my throat. I have terrible dark circles around my eyes that have seem to have gotten worse. I also feel like there is something in my lungs but doesn't affect me unless in exercise. My mornings have consisted of mainly being in the bathroom at the sink spitting this stuff out. I have been told sinus problems of some type, allergies, etc. I do not feel like it is contagious, though. As my boyfriend has never experienced this. I have had several sinus infections in the past few years and have taken antibiotics completely.
