What is wrong with me?

Hi, for the past two years or so I have been experiencing all different types of symptoms and doctors have not been able to help. At the moment I have a pain that moves around from my flanks (lower back), perineum and abdomen. I get a burning sometimes sharp pain in all three areas. Other symptoms I've had are concentrated urine, dry mouth, rashes, gas, loose stools, sciatic like leg pain, armpit pain, groin pain, ringing in my ears and more. I've had a CT scan, Ultrasound, CBC, Kidney tests, Mono, Lyme, STD, etc. The only thing thats been off is a slightly low WBC count and calcified lymph nodes in my groin. Doctors tell me I have anxiety and send me on my way. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you have a past history of pelvic or abdominal surgery, then the pain can be due to adhesions. These cannot be diagnosed by any tests or imaging. Only diagnosis is by laproscopy and treatment is cutting the adhesions.
Pain in the lower abdomen, and pelvis, can be due to infection, UTI, STD, urinary bladder infection or cystitis. It can also be due to pinched nerve (either pudendal or spinal). These conditions are broadly classified as chronic pelvic pain syndrome. The intensity of pain depends on the degree of inflammation and thus compression. This can vary.
IBS, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, and food causing gas can be the other possibilities.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!

I don't know, it's been close to two years. I'm pretty sure something major is wrong. I'm thinking it may be some type of infection or an organ problem.

Causes:
Possibly dehydration, anxiety, stress, and lack of balanced and well-formed diet.
Application:
Fixing these minor ones before it become worse will be a good idea.
Also, vitamin K and C balance help with the kidney.

I haven't. I was given azythromycin last week and I don't feel any better. That's the only antibiotic I've been on.
