What is wrong with me?

I am 22 with four kids. I get anywhere from 6-9 hours of sleep a night. I eat an ok balance of meals. I have been having awful nightsweats, fever from 99.8 - 101.2. I am dizzy, lightheaded. I have missed my period by 3 weeks now, and I had my tubes tied a year ago. My right arm goes numb a lot and is swollen, I had surgery on it in 02 and now it is causing pain and discomfort. My stomach is constantly turning in knots and I feel like vomitting a lot. What is causing me to feel so awful? I don't have insurance so going to tons of doctors is not possible for me.... Please help.

Check your previous post for new comments.  ER may be necessary if symptoms of fever or low back pain persist or become more severe.  You can make payments to the hospital, but don't wait until this becomes worse before getting insurance.  You can't afford to not have it and since you are 22 with four kids then either you and a partner are at mid-level income and are qualified to have healthy start for the kids and no insurance for yourselves, in which case you need to budget for a while and get you some insurance or you are at low-level income and not aware of government assistance that will qualify you for health insurance.  I'm sure states vary on medical insurance assistance, but consider researching what I've said and as I stated above if all else fails, then go to the hospital.  Best wishes getting well soon!

Well you need to see a doctor. Is there a health clinic near you? If not use a hospital emergency room. With or without insurance they have to see you if they accept goverment money. Its the law. Also have you been tested for HIV? If not get tested just to rule that out. It sounds like an infection of some sort, With your arm, however I would be concerned that you could have injured it or developed some sort of infection there. Anyway please let me know if you are seen. Your so young with all of this on your platter.
My prayers are with you.
