MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your workup clearly has been comprehensive, and I can't think of any other major tests that could be done.

I agree with the tilt table test.  Another opinion, preferably at a major academic medical center should be considered.

You may also want to consider rheumatologic testing, since diseases like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis can present with a wide constellation of symptoms.  Blood tests to evaluate for the ANA can be done.

I just completed a test where I had to blow into a tube and they tested my arterial pressure, along with a sweat test and alot of blood pressure test to check the autonomic nervous system which I passed,I now have a tilt table test scheduled for the 21st of this month with Mayo, which they determined I do have a mild sleep apnea at 5 episodes a hour and not enough to qualify but after I explained my scenario they went the "possible anxiety " route and got me qualified for a cpap machine. Do you think I may have Dysautonomia? I used to be Bulimic in the past and wondered if I tore nerves in my chest. What do you think?Kit-Kat
