Welcome to the forum!
If you are feeling sick and vomiting, you could be having a stomach flu. This can cause aches and tenderness all over the body including breasts. Drink plenty of fluids. Take lactobacillus and curd. Eat light. Take ORS. If this does not help consult your PCP.
Alternatives breast tenderness can also be due to the fact that you may have fibroadenosis. This is a non cancerous condition of the breast often causing pain and tenderness in breast. At times some women experience breast tenderness in some phase of their menstrual cycle. Please consult a gynecologist too regarding this.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
