What should i do?
Im 14, have been getting headaches almost everyday, have aching hands, am almost always tired, and accasionally get cold/hot flushes and nose bleeds. i have also had a rash on my belly for quite some time now. I was just wondering whether i should go see a doctor or not?

Yes, you need to consult a doctor. The combination of symptoms could be due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, anemia, liver disorders, diabetes, hypothyroidism, PCOD, Vit B12 or Vit D deficiency and due to calcium or magnesium deficiency.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.

Tell your Mum to take you along to the Doctor for a full check up. You should not be feeling like this at your age. Even if it is only due to anxiety the Doctor can help you to feel better.
