What to do about diarrhea, fatigue, and stomach cramps?

Hello, i am a 19 year old female. A while ago i was diagnosed with ITP which is a blood disorder that allows for decreased numbers of platelets. It can cause me to be tired and bruise easily, however, i only once have had a really low platelet count to which they were concerned. Anyway, starting in the summer i began to have really bad stomach problems. I was getting sick, having stomach pain, and having constant diarrhea. I have always had frequent bowel movements, even up to 4 times a day. However, i have not had a solid stool in about 4-5 months. I have gotten numerous tests for parasites, and even for celiac. All of these tests have come back negative. I just always have loose stools or diarrhea and so far changes in diet from lactose free to gluten free have not helped. Also, as of lately i have had increasingly worse stomach pains and intense fatigue. I have been going to bed earlier and earlier but have found that no amount of sleep seems to help. I'm no longer sure what i should do to help this situation or what it could be.

A few things to look into:

--H Pylori (ask for Urea breath testing and stool analysis
for better accuracy) Treating H Pylori improves or normalizes platelet count on over 33% of ITP patients!

--Low stomach acid, which may lead to numerous deficiencies and unwanted harmful bacteria from indigested foods. Do a trial with Betaine HCL  to see if this helps.

-- Candida. Do a complete sugar elimination and go very low carb,as a challenge.

- Taking probiotics will help your G/I system in general by increasing your healthy gut flora.

- Add a few tablespoons of organic coconut oil daily to your diet (anti-viral, anti-parasitic, anti-microbial and anti-fungal properties)

Best wishes,
Niko
