What would cause Unilateral facial flushing ? Only half of the body gets read during exercise.

Recently a woman close to her 60's started experiencing Unilateral facial flushing  or half of her entire body gets read and sweaty during exertion.  Experienced for a year or two now.   Had heart stress test run with good results.  Other existing symptoms that may or may not be related are severe asthma, anemia, irritable bowel syndrome.  Woman is healthy weight.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
One possibility of unilateral facial flushing and unilateral seating, redness or unilateral flushing could be a rare disorder called Harlequin Syndrome. This is thought to e due to blockade of an artery called anterior radicular artery. It can also be due to mini strokes or transient ischemic attacks or due to overactivity of the sympathetic system on one side.
I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
