What would cause sudden dizziness and confusion ONLY at night?

This has only happened the last few nights. I'm 20 years old and I'm the evening will suddenly get very tired, I'll be very dizzy like the room is spinning, noise sensitivity, and extremely confused. I almost feel like I drank too much and have the spins (I have not had a drop of alcohol anytime these episodes occur). Last night when I began to feel this I started to feel light tingling or electricity? Almost like when your foot falls asleep, but not as strong and it was kind of all over my body.

I was just diagnosed with Lyme disease a month and a half ago and I've had the disease for over 7 months now. Most of those symptoms seemed to have ceased other than fatigue, although it's not nearly as bad now, and joint/muscle pain and this weird "twitch" I'll get where my muscles just tense up usually in my shoulders/ neck. I'm taking Doxycycline twice a day (I've taken 23 days worth so far), a probiotic, B12, adderall for ADD, and I was prescribed a muscle relaxer that I'm too anxious to take.

When these episodes happen I will stop myself from falling asleep until eventually I'm so exhausted I can't fight it anymore. When I feel like I'm dozing off it terrifies me for some reason. It seems to happen extremely fast but I can't explain the feeling it gives me. I also can't visually focus on things I kind of just have this blank stare. When I wake up in the morning it's, for the most part, gone. Once I take my daily adderall it completely goes away. I don't have the flu. I don't have any numbness in my face or body. I don't have a fever. Nothing really pointing to an infection other than my Lyme disease. I have congestion? But no drainage and it went away when I used a nasal spray, my inhaler, and took benedryl last night. Last night when I was trying to fall asleep it felt like I kept "forgetting" to breath. I would unintentionally hold my breath unless I actually focused on breathing. But I don't know if that symptom is related to the fact I'm a recent hypochondriac after being misdiagnosed for 6 months while i felt myself slowly dying.

Please help. I'm a single mother of two toddlers and need to hear other stories/ input for some peace of mind.
