Whats wrong with me?

I was fine before I had McDonalds for breakfast this morning. I had my breakfast then fell asleep for a few hours. I woke up and went to the bathroom. My poop came out like diarrhea and I felt like I was about to throw up on my lap. Now I'm fine for a bit but I've been having stomach pains I've been gagging cause I felt like I was gonna throw up. And I have diarrhea. Could it be food poisoning? I don't think I've ever had food poisoning before so I'm not sure if it is or not.

Thats why I don't eat at McDonalds anymore.  There food always tears me up.  Try to stay hydrated.  Drink gatorade or something with electrolytes.  Also eat lite.  The following has been suggested to me when I feel like you do: Bananas, rice, apples, tea and toast.  Hope you feel better.  If it goes on for another day I would see a doctor.
