Why am I getting internal heat flashes in my lower leg?

I am only a 14 year old girl, I was sitting at the computer for a few hours and I started getting random internal heat sensations in the same spot around my ankle. My skin isn't hot, but internally there is a heat wave. It only lasts seconds but the tingling feeling stays afterwards. It's odd and I'm not sure if like everyone gets it and I'm being paranoid or what. I'd love if someone could explain what's causing it.

If it was after sitting it sounds like a pinched nerve or vascular issue.  Either way, regular exercise will help keep trouble away.  Yoga, swimming, walking, especially with some short sprints intermittently, self-defense, Pilates, weight lifting, throwing a basketball, rowing machine, so many different things to choose from.  Variety is better than doing the same thing all the time.
