Why do I get dizzy so easily ?

I've come to realize that since I was little , I get dizzy and blurred vision easily . I've never been diagnosed with anything and I do not take any medication . I've just tried to ignore it as I've grown up . I can usually just handle it myself , if I start getting dizzy I try to slow down or stop whatever i'm doing and sit , and usually that helps it go away , but lately it's been bothering me and happening more frequently . I'd like to know what is causing it mainly , but i'd also like to know how to prevent it and if it's anything serious . Do I need to see my doctor or just be more cautious ? Any professional answers are helpful , thank you .

( It usually goes something like this - )
1. Im being active ( not exercising , just daily activities)
2.Dizziness hits
3. Vision blurs (to the point where I can't see)
4. I either sit down and wait for it to pass , or I faint

You do need to make an appointment to see your doctor.

As the dizziness and the blurred vision happens when you have been active, it is likely that your blood pressure is dropping too low.  This type of thing can also happen if you have any neck problems.

You doctor will check your blood pressure  and probably run other tests.
