Why is my face turning so red?

Hi, over the past few months I've had 3 cases where I had a few drinks and all of a sudden my face and chest felt hot and turned very very red. I drink a couple of times a week for a few years and this has only happened 3 times, including today. It doesn't go away until I sleep it off, then everything is fine and I can even have a drink the next day and nothing happens. It mainly affects my cheeks, chin, forehead, nose, and chest. Under my eyes and my neck and arms stay normal. Please help me, what could this be?

Hello~I am not sure what is going on, you may have a sensitivity to what you are drinking, but, I would think it would show in other areas as well and all the time. I would check with your doctor.
