Yelling in my head

On occasion, usually about once a month or every other month, I will experience  angry, malicious, often argumentative yelling in my head. It is unintelligible and only minorly distracting. But when people talk to me, their voices sound like the yelling in my head in this way: that they are malicious and argumentative. The loudness is not increased, but every voice I hear sounds as though it is unhappy with me, arguing with me, or even plotting against me.

I have shown signs I believe to be that of ADD and Paranoia in the past, but the yelling has always been a mystery. It started probably two years ago.

I have been homeschooling all my life so I was never given flu shots or any similar shots except Tetanus, and was never looked at for common disorders such as ADD or ADHD.

What is causing this!?

Well, here's a suggestion; the best thing you can do for yourself is talk with your physician about your concerns, at that point the doctor would probably refer you to a psychotherapist and/or neurologist so that they can run tests to pinpoint the cause of your issues. Below I have left a link to a site that describes paranoid personality disorder (PPD), you can see if the symptoms sound familiar (?):

Good Luck :)

p.s. also speak with your doctor about your ADD concern...

Either. It usually starts when I am alone but continues until it subsides no matter if people talk to me or not.

Is this only when people are talking to you directly, or do you hear the yelling when no one is around?
