abdominal pain, itching etc.

I have various symptoms including pain on urination, itching, lower abdominal pain, infrequent diarrhea and mild nausea. I've had urine tests which come out clear. Any idea?

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a genital infection like gonorrhea or some kidney disorder.Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease.It is spread through contact with the penis, vagina, mouth, or anus.Symptoms are usually mild varying from painful or burning sensation when urinating, discharge, anal itching, soreness, bleeding,abdominal pain to diarrhea and  painful bowel movements.
I strongly advise you to consult a physician and get microscopic examination of the genital swabs or discharge,kidney function tests and ultrasound lower abdomen done to confirm a diagnosis.Treatment is diagnosis specific.
