Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are spitting blood then it can be due to smoking, alcohol use, gastritis, acidity, tumors of stomach and food pipe, bleeding gastric ulcer, cancer of stomach, erosion of lining of food pipe, bleeding veins at esophageal (food pipe) sphincters etc. This can be fresh red if coming from a place above the stomach. It can be brown or coffee colored if coming from the stomach.  Tumors of the oral cavity, pyorrhea or pus in gums and Vitamin C deficiency, poor oral hygiene can cause bleeding from mouth. These are just a list of possibilities, and you will need to consult your doctor to rule them out one by one.
Regarding difficulty in urinating and ejaculation: There could be two possibilities. One is inflammation of the urethral glands in the part of urethra that runs through the penis. A tingling burning sensation keeps on troubling and it is difficult to initiate urination. Treatment is by local application of antibiotic cream after retracting the foreskin and keeping good personal hygiene.
The other possibility is that something is obstructing the bladder neck like a stone, benign hypertrophy of prostate, polyp, tumor etc. These will cause difficulty in initiating the urine stream and there will be burning if there is inflammation.
Maybe you could ask your urologist to look at these two things.
Anxiety and panic disorder can also be a contributing factor.
I think you should discuss these possibilities with your doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Take care!

Um im not sure but you should go to the doctor and tell him/she exactly what you have told us. It could be serious and it may not go away by itself. Sorry if it is going to be a bit embarrassing for you but it will be worth it.

Hope this helps

See your doctor for a urinalysis (pee in a cup) and he'll be able to diagnose and perhaps prescribe something to help.
