any Ideas? At my wits end

I've been feeling lousy since at least December '09. At the beginning of December I had a sinus infection that turned in to a scary peri-orbital cellulitis landed me in the hospital. Since then I've been exhausted, run down and sick off and on and running low grade fevers. It took about a month after the hospital for my white counts to get to normal again. Since then I've had another sinus infection that was confirmed.Still feeling lousy and went to see several specialists. My white counts  and platelets have been consistently high. I've been treated for suspected sinus infection once and had several ct scans of the sinuses. I've been on and off of antibiotics and it seems my counts go to normal after antibiotics only to rise again within a week or 2.

Last month my low grade fever turned into a 102 temp, which sent me back to my internist.  We  ruled out sinus as the cause of high white counts and are now looking at other things. My counts have been all over the place.  That Monday at the internist's my white count was elevated, but by Tuesday when I went to see an infectious disease specialist they had returned to normal range.  Monday's blood  showed a very low TSH of .06 which is a new for me. I haven't had my TSH tested in at least a year. She ordered the test and did an EKG because I had a very high heart rate, was "very agitated", have been complaining of stomach issues for a while and was not "myself" to her. My internist doesn't think this is the reason for the high white counts and the fevers but referred me to an endocrinologist. He ruled out Grave's disease and said that it was probably Thyroiditis which I will follow up with him on in about a month. I've had several CBCs done since then all with elevated white counts and almost all with elevated platelets. One or two of the tests came back with low RBC counts. I am exhausted and run low grade fevers of 99.5-100.3 most days. I've had a normal chest x-ray, a mostly normal CT scan of the pelvis/abdomen. I saw a hematologist this week and am waiting for a few more blood test results from that visit as well as from my last Infectious disease doctor visit. The hematologist said that the next step would probably be a bone marrow biopsy.
I know that CMV, Lyme's, HIV, Syphallis, have all been ruled out. The thyroid antibody tests are all normal. Anybody have any ideas of what it COULD be? I am so tired of feeling like this all the time and really just want to know what this is...or even some suggestions of what to ask to be tested for next. Thank you.

Thanks for your ideas. I don't think it is a wisdom tooth...if I remember correctly they were all removed!
You are right...this has been so draining. I have two young kids and am really ready to get back to myself if for no other reason than for my kids. They are getting pretty sick of Mommy being tired all the time.

Anybody else have any ideas? Keep them coming!

I don't know.  I'm honestly not very knowledgeable about medical tests, etc.

Just a lay persons ideas.
Iron deficiency/ anemia.  Probably would have been tested for.  These can both affect immunity.

A dental problem.  A wisdom tooth in your sinus.  ??

I agree that being sick can be incredibly draining.  Hopefully other members will have other ideas.
