back/groin(scrotum/testicles?) pain.

When I wake my scrotum hurts(a dull pain, but noticeable enough that I don't forget about it!) can't find any specific spot on my testicles that is sore.  My lower back is also almost always very sore.  Heat does seem to help.  The strangest part, I think, is the pain seems to go away after a bowel movement.
Anyone have any ideas?
I did have a kidney stone pass a short time ago, whether related or not I dunno....

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Kidney stones, inflammatory bowel disorders and pinched nerve in lower spine can all cause referred pain to the scrotum. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
