back hurts only when i move

ok so this might sound silly to you all but i really dont like the doctor i have i need to know how to fix my back you see its been hurting for along time now like 2 years and its only when i move i cant turn all the way anymore to one side and its my lower right hand side it happend right after i had my sun i went to the doctor once and she told me that is a mustle strain and i can have some pain killers if i want but they dont even work for me i am really not effected by then and especially not for my back problem i used to get really sharpe pains from it and i almost droped my son once because of it the doctor never said any exersizes that i could do to maybe help it but i would love to know something because i am 20 years old and feel like i am about 80 i cant even pop that side of my back can anyone help or has anyone gon through this same thing and gotten better without surgery ???

The simple, smart-aleck answer is "don't turn to that side, then." But a more real question is: did you have an epidural? Those things can be dangerous and can produce awful side effects that are long-lasting.

nope no pain med at all actually but i was in labor for 3 days and i seriously was the worst i had back labor
