birth defects

I have been trying to find out for years what my birth defect is called, in medical terminology. I was born with multiple defects in 1959. I was 3 months premature and managed to survive with one lung, one kidney, half uterus, one ovary. my intestines twisted, uterus wrapped around my bladder, and a painful umbilical hernia, what am I called. My hernia moves even when I don't. I have been told by one physician it is the size of an average mans forearm. what can I do to relieve this awful pain?
