As drnee stated, get an IMMEDIATE evaluation for Lyme disease. This an absolute priority.
The missiles are coming toward your carrier and you have to engage them with the phalanx.
General quarters!
Usually such bites from infected ticks look like a bulls-eye. Lyme is no joking matter! If this is suspected you only have a few days to get on antibiotics. If this does not take place you face a lifetime of debilitation.
It does sound like insect bites.
If negative for lyme a topical steroid use calomime lotion or make a paste of monosodium glutamate (Accent food additive) which will reduce the inflammation.
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have bruises and have developed a neuropathy there are fair chances of the bites being due to spider or tick. You will need to test for Lyme’s and if this is negative chances of it being a spider bite will be high. Please follow this up with your doctor.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Well the tear is from rubbing too hard with toliet papper and I was wondering is there anything I could use over the counter to help in aiding the process of healing is a sitz bath recommended and if so do I need to add anything to the bath before sitting.
I was bitten twice by black widdows in the summer. They both had set up webs by my gas pedals in 2 different cars! Anyway 2 different cars, 2 blackwiddow bites, I killed the blackwiddows with bug spray. My ankles turned purple, blue, green, red, and the bites spread out in circles. I was limping for months both times too. It felt like a twisted ankle...Check your car pedal for webs.
I would go to the doctor and get it checked to be sure, sounds like what i had when i had shingles. I thought it was a bug bites for the longest time, but turned out to be shingles. it itched and it kept becoming bigger and bigger and causing pain in that area etc. shingles can happen anywhere on your body and are spread easily. If not shingles, i'm guessing a poisoness spider? not too sure what symptoms are of that, but i hear brown riclus and widows are pretty dangerous too! i would say get it checked out definently!
