bladder infection/nausea

two days ago I started to feel a little weak at work, I came home and started vomiting. The rest of the day I was nauseated & weak with a fever. I went to the doctor and told him my smptoms. I had also had my regular yearly gyno exam and found I had a bladder infection & go medication for it. Today I notice I can't get rid of a ringing in my ears. I told him all of this and he said the bladder infection spread throughout my body. He said to keep taking the antibiotics the gyno gave me and if I don't feel better in a few days to come back. I'm scared, these are weird symptoms.
