blood and protein in urine flank pain edema rotated kidney

I have had poor health all my life.At age 27 I had surgery to correct extra blood vessels bleeding into my lungs , the surgeon said they were very large , about the size of his thumb. At that time due to blood in my urine and other symptoms I also had ultra sound of my kidneys and exam of my bladder. My kidney was scarred and my bladder inflamed.I also had cryosurgery of my cervix done at 24 yrs.I have had constant urinary tract infections for most of my adult life and some kidney onfections .Every time I get a chest infection or any my right side and back hurt bad . For the past year this pain is constant getting more severe .quite often I am retaining water as my stomach is very uncomfortable and ring and watch tight, and weight changes.I have felt sick and very fatigued, my legs gave out once. Nothing but antibiotics and pain killers have been prescribed. Finally after svere abdominal for weeks an ultra sound was prescribed.I was not contacted with the results so about 1 month later I asked the doctor the results and was told I had a rotated kidney but probably had it all my life.I told them I was never told this before ,but I still have no answers. I am feeling very run down and weak and in constant pain .Do you have any ideas what could be wrong .Thankyou very much for any help.

you should be referred to an urologist or kidney specialist to have a workup. and also change your primary dr if he doesnt investigate this......alot of your illnesses could be coming from some kind of kidney disease. I''m sure you know that your kidneys remove a lot of waste and if they don't work properly you can get very sick.
good luck
