blood clot after ovarian cyst removal-unable to walk

a relative age 39 is pregnant --- underwent surgery for removal of ovarian cyst.  2 days later cannot walk on right leg painful.
had MRI possible blood clot on ovary.  Is fetus in trouble?  Can blood clot be dissolved?

I'm sure they will give her Heparin shots to thin her blood. This is considered safe during pregnancy up until 1 week before delivery.
