body trembling with ches pain and shortened breathing

i always feel this trembling in my body every night and my heart is pounding and my whole is unctrollably shaking. my larynx is tightening and i have to grab an asthma sprayso that i could breathe and taken inderal top stop shaking. i feel light headedness or dizzy and sometime i can see stars.

aside from that, i always wakw up gasping for air and my chest feels so heavy as if i haven't really breathed for long plus the sharp jolt in my heart.

i already had EKG and MRI and they didn't see a thing in my brain, i still have mononeurosis and it's not really cured yet.

just now my body's trembling again, doctor's can't really state what it is and they said it's just stress.

i really feel so desperate for this, can anyone tell me what to do or what is this?

there's also a point that suddenly half of my left body especially arm and hand got so stiff and suddenly folding on its own. it's so painful so i feel like my veins are crushing. Aside from that, sometimes my left cheek becomes numb and there's a tingling sensation on my left leg.

please help me out.

If, and only if, you have been fully examine by a doc, this really sounds like severe panic attacks.  If so, counseling with a Psychiatrist and medication can help you.   You may also need a sleep study to make sure that the waking up short of breath and with chest pain isn't sleep apnea.

i have a history of mini stroke. even now it's still present especially if i'm so stressed out, emotionally, physically and mentally.

All of a sudden my left body from head to toe are stiffly folding. When i was younger there was a time that i don't know how to control it and i almost faint coz i can't bear the pain anymore and i feel like my air passage is slowly closing tight.

what lab test should i take? coz in my results it's all normal.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is possible to feel tremors all over the body. Tremors are often associated with drugs, alcohol, smoking, lack of sleep, poor sleep patterns, stress and fatigue. They can be seen in peripheral neuropathies of diabetes, in hyperthyroidism, parasomnia, multiple sclerosis, TIAs or transient ischemic attacks or mini strokes, hypoglycemia, disorders of calcium metabolism, hyperparathyroidism etc. Certain epilepsies too could be the cause. Consult an internal medicine specialist or your PCP. Discuss these possibilities with your doctor.  A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. You will need blood sugar monitoring, MRI of brain (this you had) and cervical spine, T3, T4, TSH, sleep studies, serum electrolytes, brain EEG, etc to reach a diagnosis.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
