I understand a lymph node in neck can be swollen because of rhumatoid arthritis. Can this also be true with Psoriatic arthritis?

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!

Lymph nodes of the head and neck area usually due to problems like sinusitis, tonsillitis, pyorrhea, dental caries, ear infection and dandruff in your head. Psoriatic arthritis along with psoriasis affecting the scalp or head and neck area can cause a swollen lymph node in that region.

It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Some more details about your condition are required to understand the problem exactly. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
