bullous emphysema

This is the result of an x-ray.  lungs over aerated and features suggest underlying bullous emphysema.  Costophrenic angles are quite blunt.  The heart shadow is narrow and the appearances suggest a degree of airways obstruction.
AP diameter of the thorax is increased and this is strongly indicative of airways obstruction.
Suffering weight loss, loss of appetite, can't sleep, tiredness all the time and irritable and grumpy
