Hello. About 6 months ago I had felt a small, hard bump on my upper right shoulder blade. The bump is under the skin, and it feels like a small pebble. The skin that covers this lump has also turned a little red. It itches from time to time which is odd, and I also have occasional pain. When touched directly with force, I experience a shock-like pain. I have been to the doctors once about this, and was told that it was just a cyst, and could be drained if necessary. It has been about two months since that appointment and the growth has gotten slightly larger, and I still experience the symptoms listed.
what's really going on? should i be worried?
