burning urination and bowel movements

Hi all.. I have this frequent burning urination and bowel movements for months now. The occurrence is very frequent, although every once in awhile there will be no burning sensation. Health History : I have Hashimato's, GERD, Gastritis, Hiatal Hernia, Acne and Major Depression. Could this be some type of infection? I recently had an abdominal ultrasound with apparently no issues as well as a colonoscopy over a year ago. I don't see my GI doctor for another month or so I am wondering if y'all had any of these symptoms?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Try and get your urine examined. This will show if there is some infection. Also get your blood sugar tested. This can cause increased urination and may precipitate diarrhea due to increased susceptibility to infection.
Other than this Crohn's disease can affect both kidney and gut and you need to discuss this with your GI specialist.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination until you can consult your GI specialist.
Take care!

it has probably moved up from being a UTI to a bladder infection which is not cured will become a kidney infection and then you will have no choice but to go to the ER because FEVER will accompany that.

Go get it checked out now. If it is a urinary tract infection it is better to get it treated sooner than later as it could get up to your kidneys and then it is very painful.
So go to your Doctor or Clinic soon.
