Hi

Thanks for the post! How are you now?

Calf pains occur due to many causes. If you are a growing up girl or boy then they are just growing pains. Otherwise they could be due to Vitamin B12 deficiency, a thrombus in your lower led vein, faulty valves in the veins of your leg, a hematoma (collection of blood) in your calf muscles due to injury or due to strain on your leg. Normally a wrong posture in standing collects lactic acid in muscles causing them to pain.

You need a color Doppler of your lower leg veins to see what is the problem. Please consult a doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining and various tests. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
