can anyone help????

I am looking for a neurologist for my husband. We have seen many neuro's  but it seems that no one has an answer/explanation as to what is happening to my husband. We are so lost and confused. We know something is wrong yet the docs all say all tests come back clear.  He is forced to think nothing is wrong, its either aging or stress.
Symptoms my husband has are not do to either. Something is wrong but we cannot find a doctor to take the time to start from square one and not follow another neuro's diagnosis.
Past symptoms are as follows:
Seizures, loss of use of R side of body twice in 1  year, fainting, high BP, low BP, headaches, core ataxia for 2  weeks, ringing in ears, memory loss, visual disturbances, tired +++, apnea, tremors, loss of taste and smell for 24 hrs twice , balance issues.
There is probably more symptoms but those are the major ones

Losing hope.

Cholesterol meds, hmm, my original suspicion was statins.
please give more details, cholesterol levels, drug name and dose,
plus names and doses of other meds.
Many symptoms  could be linked to statin intake and neuropathy is one of them!

Rubbish! White matter lesions are never normal at only 48.

Try extra virgin coconut oil for supplying quality ketone energy to the brain-it crosses the blood-brain-barrier easily. Start with 1T daily, increase gradually to 4T in 4 weeks
Thyroid and adrenal fatigue must be ruled out!
Tissue magnesium is normally not tested. Do you have the test results?
It's serum levels they check, but for his purpose is not useful. 99% of magnesium is in the tissues. Need tissue analysis.

hello, and ty for the reply!
My hubby has had EEG's , MRI's CT Scans, 24 hr urine collection to test for all kinds of different diseases" wilsons etc"
the only thing they have said he definitely has is neuropathy and he has some damage to right inner ear.
He is on anti-convulsants, aspirin, BP meds, cholesterol meds, vit D,
the internal medicine specialist we saw tested for deficiencies and they were none that she could find!
as of today he still has absent seizures, balance is very poor, fluctuating BP, ears ringing( right one worse) headaches and some days all he does is sleep.

Hey turton65, welcome the forum.

What tests have been done on him in the past?
Is he on any medications at the present time?
Has he been tested for any deficiencies?

You need to need to rule out adrenal fatigue syndrome, low thyroid function,
impaired glucose uptake in the brain/insulin resistance/diabetes 3, lymes disease, pathogenic mycoplasma infection and co-infections.
Conventional medicine does not and cannot address these properly due to
adhesion to "protocol" and " established" medical practices
You probably need to consult with a good naturopathic doctor, knowledgeable in these.
There are probably more possibilities, but that's all i can think of right now.

Please message me if you need details.

Note that this is not intended to replace medical advice.

Best wishes.
