It has been more than a month i am suffering from the heart beatings, and it started after i had an argue with my husband, I got too nervous that time,. I have had several cases many time, and it lasted months and even a whole year, and I couldn't find a way to get recovered. I know that if i forget about my heart beatings I will be ok, but nothing helps I can not control myself. I getting day by day too nervous and i start to think about the life, for example why i was born, what's the reason for my being here in this life. I don't know why I should be ok, am always asking questions to myself and i can't find answers to them, that makes feel go crazy. I want to get rid of this pain which I have on my left part of the chest.

Victoria,
It sounds like you are suffering from depression and anxiety. However, there may be a physical underlying cause to these. I could be wrong, but, I believe low thyroid function can cause depression and abnormal heart rates. I am not a doctor, but I would suggest checking with your doctor to see if you have a thyroid disorder. It wouldn't hurt to have your heart checked out also. And, if you can repair the relationship with your husband, that wouldn't hurt either.
Hope you feel better soon.

Victoria, is sounds like the only way to fix your your pain, your heart and your palpitations? is to fix your life.
Your relationship with your husband needs some mending.
Yes, I do understand, things may have gotten out of hand and as I say "shift" happens. When they get very bad, we feel forced to dig deep and implement some changes.
Well don't wait for this.
There are 2 ways to approach things.
Make changes on the outside ( we have no control what others will do) which offer you no guarantees or make changes within you, HOW you choose to process matters.
Example: I had a call from a person yesterday, who was obviously was having a bad day-mainly because of internet & cable being down and could not watch the hockey playoffs. This person was furious and mad
for a lesser thing, which I had very little to do with.
So, I let this person vent -to the point of rage- and I chose to deal with the facts only, which made my situation EASY to deal with.
The problem was strictly his. No matter what, I remained calm and unaffected by his "hostile" behavior. This way, I did not supply more fuel to his heated verbal "attack" Naturally, that left him with very little ground to carry on, which help close this subject fast.
There are always situations to disrupt our lives, cause friction, make us question our purpose.
By taking responsibly to address the issues, which have to do with our actions and decisions and NOT carry other people's monkeys on our shoulders, not only simplifies life but it also empowers us to move on.

You can do magnesium oil transdermal treatments-look it up online-
get checked for deficiencies- do meditation (YouTube meditation videos or brain wave generator free software), get into some peaceful activities, rebalance your chakras, reconnect with nature, optimize your nutrition and do things to please your spirit.

Please tell us more about your situation, if you're up to it.
The nice thing here is that the forum is totally anonymous!

Best wishes,
Niko
