Does she have joint pain when the climate changes?  She may have lupus.  I've had systemic lupus for 14 years.  You need to go to your GP and have an ANA test done.  It's far more reliable than than a lupus panel.  Or she may have a serious allergy.  You should look up your city and see where it ranks on the allergy list.  I lived in Greenville SC for 4 years and both NC and SC gave me horrible allergies even though I took shots for them.  I found out Greenville was ranked the 2nd worst city for allergies in the USA.

first of all lets just say that sugar is the root of all evil .try to stay away from foods with sugar when possible .if you have the need to use sweeteners use honey or agave nectar.if she wants to eat something sweet make it fruit there are vitamins wich boost immunity and the acid helps fight certain virus and bacteria.
coconut oil is one of my personal faves.it helps with so many things it should beon every ones list .it is somewhat of a superfood it helps with dementia and is one of the few things that does.it helps the skin it helps with cancers and viruses .hiv patients use it and it helps them to become undetectable .one more thing that i find interesting about it is that it lowers bad cholesterol and raises good cholesterol.
next vegetables that boost immunity white mushrooms are filled with nutrients some mushrooms actually have the function to save other plants they form on trees when they are sick and keep them in good health.
garlic is another huge immune booster due to the fact that it is antibacterial antiviral, and antifungal.next most potent i would say is broccoli .kale is really good then any of the vegetables with vitamin c tomatoes, peppers.these are all things that will help immunity but don't forget to mix it up from time to time with some of the others because certain vegetables help to neutralize salt in the body and balance out glucose by keeping balanced that alone will help .it also keeps the major organs supplied to stay healthy and feel well.

also certain supplements will help to boost immunity such as vitamin d3,omega 3,vitamin c,multivitamins, st johns wort it promotes mood health and is also antiviral ,antifungal and antibacterial.most teas are as well but specific all green tea, black tea,or mint tea .for that matter anything with  mint is really good it helps control problems in the gut as well.that is one of the other major issues keeping the gut healthy .its great if you follow all the suggestions but if the gut is unable to absorb them ithe y be as much help.so try to eat foods that art probiotic to help balance the gut like yogurt or kefir milk .although all of the suggestions above will aid with this .well try some of things out and i hope things get better for her .this should make a noticeable difference for her good luck and be well.
@jockojohnson i will surely try all your advices .SHE has a longing to sweet very strongly. she s really fond of sweets so that must be true that it could be a reason for all this. Thankyou so much .your words reallly helping  a lot.

Her immune system is low. You should get blood work to check her Vitamin D3, magnesium, B12 and iron.

Extra Vitamin C and there is an immune boosting liquid called Sambucol Black Elderberry Original Liquid.

Low Vitamin D throws everything off. You need to be above 50ng/mL for better health. Vitamin D3 supplements are sold over the counter. Take at breakfast with fat in the meal. Need to take with magnesium also. Stay hydrated

healthy eating habits and sleep habits should help you may want to ask your dr to check the strength of her immune system or her ratio to see if her immune system is weakend.if you would like i can give you a list of foods that are super immune boosters and many of them are antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial.due to the fact that we are living with so many different viruses in our bodies it can lower immunity.we never thing twice about it but adenoviruses cause colds but once they enter many  are with you for life.your body just controls them .same with the flu ,chicken pox ,ebv and hhv6 .everybody has these things in their bodies .but sometimes stress can cause the immune system to weaken enough for them to reactivate or a new cold virus .so the immune system has to fight them all back again.

first thing i would ask is she under high stress load for any reason any midterms or college homework loss of loved ones?what are her sleep habits.then diet does she eat healthy ?any recent illness`?
im leaning towards diminished immune function due to the fact that she is not clearing colds as quickly .the immune system is at its strongest during the noon hrs at night it begins to drop off and during the morning it needs to be refuled as it hasnt been for 8 hrs.

she is a happy person .she sleeps from 11 to 7. no recent illness apart from this cold is disturbing her a lot. with the frequent climate changes and these days especially coz its cold outside as well. otherwise also every morning if she gets up a bit early at 5 or 6 again she catches cold saying its too cold outside closes all windows and all; no fan like that.
