chest burning sensation

I suddenly got up from a sitting position and experienced a sudden burning under my breastbone followed by dizziness, right arm pain and dizziness. It went away withing 3 to 4 minutes. I just had blood work done and a heart scan that was ok. I ate a salad with lots of veggies for dinner. Could this be heartburn or should I suspect a heart attack?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If the EKG and heart scan—you probably mean ECHO were normal—and it is important you got an EKG/ECG done, then yes, you can assume it was due to acidity. Other possibilities are hypoglycemia and low blood pressure. Especially since you had only salads for dinner—you could be low on sugar. Take something for acidity. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, fuzzy drinks.
Take care!
