Get blood work done also. Check your vitamin B12.
Deficiency causes tingling in extremities.
Have your Vitamin D checked as well
Cardiac pain is usually (not always) dull and substernal. Again, this requires an immediate in-person exam at an ER (not an "appointment" with your doctor) for an appropriate diagnosis - not an internet consult.
Left arm pain sometimes takes place when there is cardiac ischemia, or a lack of oxygen to the brain. The pain is usually not tingly, but dull. This sounds more like nerve entrapment at the cervical level. You need to go to an ER and have an EKG and what are called cardiac enzymes taken at the time of the episode for a definitive diagnosis. Taking an aspirin is O,K., but you need an in-person visit to the ER. This should be a 911 call. You wouldn't want to exert yourself during this period. My guess is this is possibly of cardiac etiology, but unlikely.
