chest pain

I rigth arm, that happen sunday and I was really down but monday had like dizzines and nounnes in my right arm and my gums feelit heavy and nounm by pm dizzines was really heavy i could it go to bed took me to hospital did canscan of my head and heart test but everything came back negative and today feel really heavy and taller had sharp pain in my chest + did not feelt my rigth arm, that happen

Since cardiac causes have been ruled out so various other possibilities are there for your symptoms. It can be due to hypertension,Gastroesophageal reflux disease(do you have heart burn and difficulty in swallowing), disorders involving the lung like Pneumonia, pulmonary embolism etc, lung cancer, thoracic outlet syndrome,pancreatitis,gall bladder disease and muscle pain.
Sometimes, a cervical disk may irritate the nerve roots going to the chest wall and produce chronic chest pain that is aggravated by walking and certain body positions.This cervical root irritation can also cause dizziness.
Apply some cold compresses and take some anti inflammatory pain reliever.If the symptoms persist then it is better to consult a physician.
