cold clammy skin on one wrist only

Today
I went running as i normally do before work, shortly after arriving at work i noticed that my right wrist seemed to be constantly moist. I begn to pay mor attention to it and i have an area on the top of my right wrist about 4 squre inches that has been continuosly cold and clammy since this morning. There is a very very slight pink spot on the wrist towards the outer most bone. Have never had anything like this happen before and there is no pain or swelling.
The sensation in my arm wrist and hand seem to be normal.
Has anyone ever encountered this?

It's difficult to say without further evaluation.

What I would do is have a your personal physician, or a referral to a dermatologist, look at it.

There are various sorts of rashes that can affect sensation, and if one is present, appropriate treatment, or even a biopsy, can be considered.

Another consideration would be a blockage in blood flow, which can lead to a cool and clammy feeling.  Having you doctor check the pulses in the upper extremity should be considered.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.
