cold symptoms and sudden uncontrollable shivering
i have had cold and flu symptoms for the past week. about an hour ago i went outside for 5 minuits where it was sorta cool for me. i shivered uncontrollably even while taking a long hot shower...what is going on with me???

Hi! It could be a sudden reaction to cold, hypoglycemia, viral infection or even bacterial infection. Drink a hot fluid and try and settle down in a warm area and see if it helps. Otherwise consult a doctor. Take care!
