i have been exhasuted for a couple of weeks now. it doesn't matter how much sleep i get or don't get. i'm always tired. i could sleep for 8+ hours and feel like i could sleep for 8 more. i also have been having really bad gas lately. the only things that have changed is that i wasn't working before and now i'm working a full time 40 hr position in a factory. i've always had a problem with gas but never this bad. i really need some advice on what this could be and how to fix it.
Three possibilities are there.Firstly,it can be due to change in the working hours.Secondly,it can be due to anemia.Pls get your Hb and RBC count checked to rule it out. Also take a healthy diet rich in iron. You can take iron supplements for some days also.
Thirdly,it can be due to chronic fatigue syndrome. It often manifests with widespread myalgia and arthralgia, cognitive difficulties, chronic mental and physical exhaustion.
I feel that a consultation by a physician will be the best.
thanks...i called the nurse for my dr she said that i should start taking a vitamin and try to get into as normal of a sleeping routine as i can and that if doesn't get any better than i should call her again and she'll send me for some blood work...thanks again!
