You should make an appointment to see your doctor.
You have posted very little information and it can be from absolutely anything.
Your doctor will be able to look at the skin and ask you questions to try and identify if this is related to an illness, an allergic reaction to something, an infection, bug bites, scabies etc.
Allergies can be from happen from anything, even to something that you were OK with before.
The doctor may also prescribe an antihistamine medication for you.
If you are not able to see the doctor for whatever reason, the pharmacist may be able to help you and give you advice on antihistamines and the calamine based lotions and creams that TheLightSeeker has mentioned.
Hi popeye7k.
With the limited information on your post, it is difficult to make any determination.
My advice is to make an appointment with your doctor and if s/he cannot help you, a referral to a dermatologist would be recommended.
Try to think of anything which may have caused this.
it could have to do with bedding, soaps and detergents, creams, food intolerance, insects, urticaria, clothing, etc. Any changes relating to these
before the onset of your symptoms?
Calamine (OTC) lotion, might help for now, but, do not take it you are allergic to any ingredient in the calamine lotion. Just do a skin patch test first.
Looking forward to your reply.
