csf pressure

Yes I was just wondering, can an imbalance or blockage of CSF pressure (either hypo or hyper) cause nasal blockage by causing the insides of your nose to swell up?      Also would a constant pressure headache (in any body position) and dizziness that comes on ONLY when you lay down by a sign of a CSF problem?
