Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
I am sorry to hear that you are suffering so much. Your problem is related to your ear or to the vestibulocochlear nerve which is the eighth cranial nerve, responsible for hearing and balance. You need to consult an ENT specialist regarding this. Meniere’s disease of the ear is a strong possibility that should be looked into. Since you appear to have sinusitis too, you could be having ear blockage causing tinnitus and dizziness.
There is something you can do at home. Take steam. Do valsalva maneuver (Done by taking a deep breath and blowing while pinching your nostrils and closing your mouth). This may open up clogged ear canal. Wax and other causes of blockage will not clear up with this maneuver.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
thanks a lot! :-) i forgot to mention that i have herniated disc on c7/th1 i guess:-) its beetwen my fisrt vertebrale and last neck disc! i had a therapy dyadinamic power, ultra sound massage, and hand massage! and before that i made thyroid gland sound test and dopler on my blood vessels and the results were fine! one doc.radilogist where i made my therapy explaned the muscle tics and the headache becuase of the disc! i also went on ENT and i was examed and made audiogram and also the doctor said that everything was fine although i complained for the tinnitus!and when i had x-ray on the neck a also x-rayed my sinuses they were clear!i have another worry...i am concired and a litle frithened about rhe radiation from my CT scan on brain i read about it and someone said it`s dangerous someone says it`s no! i find information that one CT scan on brain is like i am expose for about 8 months on atmosferic and soil radiation! Should i be worried about the scan that i made! Please answer :-)
Hi
Thanks for keeping me posted!
Relax! The CT scans you took will not cause any radiation side effects. The herniated disc should be looked into. It would be good if you could consult a sports medicine specialist.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi
Yes, I read all the posts!
Here are a few tips for you which you can try. Take steam. Do valsalva maneuver (Done by taking a deep breath and blowing while pinching your nostrils and closing your mouth). This may open up clogged ear canal. Wax and other causes of blockage causing tinnitus will not clear up with this maneuver. Your problem could be related to your ear or to the vestibulocochlear nerve which is the eighth cranial nerve, responsible for hearing and balance. You need to consult an ENT specialist regarding this. Meniere’s disease of the ear is a strong possibility that should be looked into.
Acid reflux too can cause all the symptoms you have, except tinnitus. Omeprazole is a good drug to combat this. Along with it you can try over the counter antacids. Avoid heavy meals. Avoid too much of caffeine, tea, fried food and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic fuzzy ones. Avoid heavy exercises within 4 hours of a heavy meal. Raise the head end of the bed by pillows to 30 degrees. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Hi and Thank`s a lot i`ll try every advice you gave..i have alredy tryed the tip with taking deep breath and pinching my nostrils..i have done this ago and i think it`s kind of helping..thanks!:-) but what was on my mind...i thought that is will be a good idea if i clean my ears
on ENT? what do u think? i have never done that? maybe it will be helpful...as i was i child before i began to swimm remmember that i used to have problems with my tonsils
i used to had fever, throat ache, and auwful earache..and there was no way out, except to remove the tonsils..the 3 tonsils are removed for 13 years now..and thats a good thing because i can eat ice cream and cold and fuzzy drinks..but when i get ill the infection suddendly goes down my chest and trache, thats the bad thing..so i guess the removed tonsils, eraches, and drug medicines, and swimming has something to do with the tinnitus???...i have it almost for 5 years now?is it possible?i knew that it was better to make MRI on my head that reviev softer tissues and nerves wright? the computer only the brain and his strucure?but the ENT specials examed me took my money :-) and said nothing wrong with you..plus i took the CT scan footage! never mind!she said that is some kind of sindrom...haha LOL ! thanks again doctornee medical and take care too!so is my health state at risk or dangerous? should i be worried??? :)
so i have herniated disc c7/th1,i have i guess meiners disease and its attacks, and acid reflux-that dont includes GERD i suppose so???? :),and the cold virus but now i`m ok the mucus it`s
not green any more..it`s white..i mean like water and i have stuffy nose only in the mornings..before that i used to have like river from my nose with green mucus!only the fatigue and dizziness are my problems now..but that is from the ears? and chest pains from the acid reflux? so i should have to study medicine :-) haha
hi i have tinnituss and earfullness and feeling my ears a litle warmer, like burning...and from time to time i have nausea...what is your oppinion? thanks
Hi

Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma, labrynthitis etc should be ruled out. There are more chances of Meniere’s disease. You should see an ENT specialist regarding this.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
thanks for writing doctornee medical i am kind of woried about this "acoustic neuroma"i ve just read it on the net and i just found out that is a tumor ...:( but u say that there are more chances of meinere`s disease that relax me ...:-) ! So i just wanted to ask if there is a way, i mean can i send you somehow my CT scan image and to look it althow there isn`t any bad only for making sure...?? thanks a lot
Hi
Thanks for the update!
You also know the limitations of net. It is not the same as talking face to face. Hence you have to depend on the doctor who is examining you. I can only provide suggestions based on the information available. The suggestions can in no way take the place of actual diagnosis of a clinician examining you. Consult another ENT if need be.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Thanks once again..i`ll do something but honestly i think that the most clever thing is not to overthink about my symptoms and just ignore it...:-) becuase sometimes are present sometimes not..i have multiple symptoms and i`ll do my diagnosis ..and that is probably anxiety :-) but i dont feel so anxious maybe everything is from my subconscience but i`m pretty sure.100% on your opininon and that has something to do with my inner ear becuase as i said i have the tinitus...take care too doctorneemedical! and thanks for everything i`m sure that i`ll write often !bye
Hey doctornee medical i dont know if i mentioned that i have impacted wisdom teeth i removed one before 4 years now with surgical operation, but the another one is stil here and its impacted for all these years now...so can something be related to my symptoms such as earfullness tinnitus dizziness tighhtnes...etc with this tooth? thakns once again! take care :-)
Hi
Thanks for the update!
Yes it is possible. Good you thought about it. So go to your dentist to remove this. Hopefully you should be fine then. All the best!
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
I thought all the time...but u know u always think on the worst...:) i have one question more..and my concerne is about the x-ray the panorama on my teeth...and as u know i had one CT scan, one neck x-ray,and sinus x-ray,and this one more? is it to radiation??? becuase it is impacted and it must be done x-ray to know the doctor how to operate? so is it going to be too much x-ray especialy on my head? Thanks again very much !
So doctornee medical are there any side effects of this examinations that i had, and should i do one more or it will be beter to wait a litle bit and do the x-ray after a while?:-) thank`s again!
Hi
Thanks for the update!
No, it is not the effect of medication. It could be chronic fatigue syndrome. I would suggest you get the blood levels of the following checked if they have not already been checked: potassium, calcium, sodium, vitamin B complex, or vitamins B1, B3, or B6 and Vitamin D. Generally deficiencies of any of the above can cause muscle twitching and spasms in localized or generalized areas of the body. Get your kidney function, parathyroid gland function and adrenal function tests done because these affect the electrolyte balance in the body. Stress, alcohol, and fatigue all cause similar symptoms.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
Thanks i`ll check that...:-( i am feeling very hopelless but i decide it that i must found out whats wrong with me...but my point doctornee medical was about the impacted wisdom tooth that should be removed and i am worried about the x-ray that i it must be done...and i wonder if that would be to much radiation...as i mentioned i done one x-ray on my neck, another on my sinuses, and the CT scan on my brain! i am worried about the amount of radiation! thanks doctornee medical! i made thyroid gland test and it was normal...! u suggest now blood level tests and kidney function and adrenal gland ! and are there any medications if there is a problem with this and are they curable!?? thanks
Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Impacted wisdom tooth can cause dizziness and if the ear or the vestibulococchlear nerve is affected due to the swelling then tinnitus too is possible. However it is unlikely to cause chest pains. There is a possibility that you have GERD or acid reflux.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
hey doctornee medical this week i`m going to have x-ray panorama on my teeth becuase of my impacted wisdom tooth and possibility of some tooth root abscess becuase last summer i have an absceess and the pain was aufwul i had dizziness too but i fixed it my doctor drained 2 or 3 times...and i was wondering if the infections of the abscess cause my symptoms ...muscle twitches...nausea fatigue dizziness or maybe i too much read on internet..:-) ?? i mean is it possible the gases and the toxins of the bacteria cause this symptoms! and pls can you tell me i am concerned about the x-ray becuase i had x rayed my sinues and my neck and i made CT scan on my brain! but that was 3 months ago! and should i do the panorama? is it to radiation! thanks very much! take care too!
