Unstable angina, but numbness and dizziness can be indicative of a neurologic cause.
Obtaining blood electrolyte tests and a blood count would be a good start, along with testing for the thyroid.
Nerve conduction studies to look for carpal tunnel can be done, and if the dizziness continues, you can pursue head imaging.
