I need help I was having numbness on my left hand and left foot with dizziness and feeling weak my blood pressure is ok 119/76 what causes this? It's been three days now help please

Difficult to say without evaluation.   The blood pressure is indeed stable, but numbness and dizziness can be indicative of a neurologic cause.

Obtaining blood electrolyte tests and a blood count would be a good start, along with testing for the thyroid.  

Nerve conduction studies to look for carpal tunnel can be done, and if the dizziness continues, you can pursue head imaging.

These options can be discussed with a neurologist.
