dizzy, light headed, "dream-like state", exhaustion, pressure headaches, cold/numb hands and feet, tickle in cheek, diarrhea, dehydration symptoms, and THAT'S NOT ALL

Hi. I am a 27 year old female and have been suffering from "abnormal" daily symptoms for over 4 years. I feel like they're getting worse, too. I'm in a constant dream-like state where I'm not all there and sometimes things become hazy as they are happening. I often lose my train of thought and have a terrible working memory (the memory more current than short-term). I also get lightheaded and dizzy everytime I stand up or getting up from a squatting position. Sometimes the head rushes will last a good 10-15 seconds and it feels like someone is sqeezing my head, causing a lot of pressure. I often have headaches (probably because of this). I have a constanst feeling of dehydration- always thirsty, diarrhea, dry lips, skin, and hair... I am intolerant to cold temperature and my fingers will turn white and go numb even when it's not that cold. My hands are almost always freezing as well as my feet. I have a weird tickle in my left cheek that will last for about 10 minutes almost every evening. I am always tired no matter how much sleep I get. I will even get out of breath from covering my body with lotion! However, I am dedicated to the gym and workout 4 days a week, both weight training and cardio. I am 5'10" and weight about 145 which is a healthy weight. I eat a healthy diet too. I feel like I am going to fall over half the time and pass out. Luckily that has never happened! I have been tested for anemia, celiac disease, hypothyroidism, hypoglicemia, diabetes and all have come back normal. I started taking wellbutrin about a year ago for depression/anxiety hoping it would relieve some symptoms but nope. I have also been perscribed adderall (adderrall) to help with my concentration and memory. But I am still suffering these symptoms. I used to drink/party a lot during my early twenties but don't anymore and haven't in a couple years. My eyes have trouble focusing on far away things too. I thought I might have adrenal fatigue so I started to take a supplement for that but it hasn't helped. Oh, and I have bad acne... sorry I keep thinking of things! I feel like a hypochondriac because I know there is something abnormal about me but I DON'T KNOW WHAT. I am just so stressed and frustrated with feeling like this every day. I am saddened because I know I am not nearly living my life to its fullest and I just want to know what's wrong with me so I can fix it. I am currently unemployed and don't have insurance so that's why I haven't made another trip to the doctor yet. Anyone have any ideas or experiencing these symptoms too?

Wow i know exactly how u feel. I have every symptom that u have except the cold feet and hands. I get lite headed everyday.i hope u feel better. Also have u had ur liver tested?

WOW I have almost all of those symptoms! And am the same hight and pritty much same weight 150lbs as you! I often feel light headed when I stand up. Like the other day I got out of the bath tub to change the song on my iPod and I stood up to fast and I think I fainted because i don't remeber falling but I remember ending up on the floor but I did hear the towl pole thingy on the wall hit the floor because I was holding on to it so I wouldent fall and when I fell I tore it right out of the wall! I also stood up to fast last summer July 22nd and my legs started shaking for 30-60 seconds I had no control over my body and I dropped the phone that I was taking downstairs But I was completly aware of everything going on well exept I couldent see because everything went black. Also a month or so ago I had been laying down the stood up on my knees to talk to my sister and I guess I did it to fast cus the top, right and top left side of my vision went wight for 30-60 seconds though usualy my vision go's black. I also see stars alot. I also am pritty sure I have depression not possitive because I haven't talked to my doctor and don't plan on it but I've tryed to kill my self so I think I am deppressed! I also get diarea (diarrhea) a couple times this summer but it never lasts long. And I also have bad acne and always have. In grade 5 and 6 it was so bad people called me zit zilla. I also have bad memory. I can never remember things since grade 7 I think.  And I foten get head aces were it feels like my head is being sqeezed. Somtimes it's the front that feels like it's being sqeezed somtimes it's the sides and somtimes it's the back. Or I get headaces were it feels like somthing is jabbin to my head. In febuary I was at a swim meat and the jabing pain started in my neck but moved it's way up to my head. It was a palsing pain. I wasent even able to move though it dident hurt when I was in the water and stoped when I pit ice on it. The only thing that I could think of that would of caused that is that I am forever getiing shivers up the back of my neck so throw my neck back I do this a few times a day or more and I do it so much that now when I do it my neck cracks. And just last night it felt like somthing was jabbing into the right back side of my head then the pain started spreading to the my right ear and right side of my face. And my ear became itchy. Then the right side of my throat felt like it was being sqeezed. Then the right side of my face started tingiling and partly the left aide tingled to. Then I got  a jabbing pain in the left back side of my head for a minute or 2. And when it all started last night I felt light headed but I wasent even standing or sitting up I was laying down trying to sleep. But as the night went on my head quickly started feeling heavy. And the last thing I remember befor falling asleep finaly was the inside of my nose felt dry and hurt. And last summer after standing for 5 minutes I also became light headed. I also often get dry lips though my hair is not dry it is qite oily. And I'm not sure if you would consider my hands dry or not. I am also always tyred but can't seem to sleep at night because all I can think about is of I have a new email or if someone awnserd one of my questions on here or another site. So my minds racing to much I guess. I have to be thinking about somthing to sleep but not the Internet! But I do get alot of sleep like I sleep all day and during the school year when I get home from school watch a show for an hour but this year I will work out for an hour in stead then I go for a nap until dinner do dishes go for a nap then go to bed and I am still tyred. I am going to try to be more active this year so I don't waste my
life away and so I can lose weight. I also get into a dream like state alot. Just last week I was out with my friend and we were talking to her parents befor they drove away and I knew my foot was going to be run over if I dident move but I was in to much of a dream like state that my body wasent responding my friend had to push me out of the way. And I often find my self day dreamming and somtimes when I want to day dream I cNt even concentrate on my day dream my mind just go blank. Wich remeinds me somtimes I I will be sitting in a room o will either be in deep though/ day dream or my mind just goes blank to the poin were I don't see anything around me and then suddenly when I come back to reality it shocks me to see everything. Cuz somtimes I don't see anything. Or I just plsee the day dream! But latly it has been nothing I see. My feet are are very sensitive to hot water when I go for a bath and my hands are somewhat sometimes. It's almost like my feet mist be a million times colder then the rest of my body but I don't notice until they start burning when I put them in the bath water. I am a 16 year old female I am also 5 foot 10 and weight around 150 not sure how much though because I have been doin work outs for the last week so I could be 145! Does any of this sound familiar???

The first thing to be ruled out is Vit B12 deficiency. The other causes of cold extremities are peripheral arterial disease and arterial insufficiency, hypothyroidism, Addison’s disease, adrenal causes like pheochromocytoma, eating disorders like anorexia, anemia, Buerger’s disease, chronic fatigue syndrome and Raynaud’s disease.
In your case Vit B12 deiciency and chronic fatigue syndrome should be ruled out first.
