you might have an Iron deficiency, im 20, no kid, not overweight and have it
I have the same issues nausea, dizzyness, light headed, and headaches one of my husbands aunts who is a nurse said that it could be my neck needs to be realinde and to go to a chiropractor but i havnt had the money yet so i havnt tried it but i figured id throw it out there for anyone whos willing to try it.
I am 25 but not overweight, more underweight and I don't have kids. I get these episodes where I am driving or just walking around my home and out of no where I get dizzy and weird thoughts( like a nightmare while awake) in my head then I have to throw up. I know I am not pregnant, plus I am on my period. I get these thoughts also when I am not on my period. I have not been to the doctor since I dont have health insurance and I dont want to pay just to hear "its all in your head". I just try advil but it does no help. Really hope some has a good answer on this issue. I just had the ympstomstoday right when I turned on the carpeycleaner so I had to turn it off and come lay down. Perhaps it has something to do with our ision and we need to have our eyes tested?
When I wad younger, my mom experienced this. I have no idea if it's the same thing or not but someone told her about a magazine article about a pilot who was dizzy and he determined it was the Nutrasweet (aspartame) in his daily Diet Coke. For my mom, she was drinking Crystal Light. Try cutting out anything with Nutrasweet (aspartame) for a while and see if that helps.
