dizzy spells, nausea, loss of appetite and leg cramps

hi,
for about 10days i have been  getting bad dizzy spells, the whole room swirling round me,nausea, headaches and leg cramps. the dizzy spells started  first and i maybe get that feeling about 20 times a day, i can be standing up, sitting or lying down and i still feel it. i have also lost my appetite, i feel too sick to eat so i avoid it when if i smell it i feel  sick. i am 27, female and otherwise before this fit and healthy

Dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite and leg cramps could be due to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Take plenty of fluids and oral rehydration solution and see. However, before you start that give your blood sample to test for electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium). Take care!
