dizzy/weak rightside/speech loss/ grip

I'm 27 and for 2 months now everyday and getting worse I get dizzy and my rightside goes weak and loses hand control. And the ability to talk right goes. Major sluring. Lasts 20 secs. Its not a sugar problem. I eat well to. Heart beat does not increase. Not hard to breath. It feels like its in my nervous system. I can be sitting, laying, you name it. About 15 to 20 times an hour. I don't have insurance.

I agree with the above, but get checked for viral infections such as herpes. 70% of population has some form of herpes simplex and some of what u describe sound like Palsy brought on by viral infection.
good luck

Yes, I agree that you should see a doctor as neurological issues are nothing to delay treatment for.  I know losing control of parts of the body can be linked to Multiple Sclerosis (MS) as my aunt was just diagnosed with this but your issues could be so many things. I think you really need to go to the doctor/urgent care/ER, especially if it's happening everyday - they are sure to catch you doing this and will be able to do tests to confirm or rule out diagnoses.  I know you don't have insurance but this is very serious.  Good luck!
